You can’t be everywhere at once,
And your kids know it.
As soon as you change the scenery the first thing kids do is test their boundaries. Just like you have run to the end of a video game play area just to see what happens. They know what they should not do or have thought of something new to get themselves into. This leads up to around 5 minutes of yelling at them until they settle down and play inside the correct play area. This multiplies by the more children you have.
Raising children can feel like the whole world is against you while you have someone wanting your full attention ALL THE TIME. The most neighborly thing someone can do when they see someone struggling raising children is ask if they can help or leave them alone not become a DR Phil. Sometimes it takes that one second of saying hello that helps someone get through the day while they have the song babyshark repeating over and over again in their head
