My carnivorous appetite craves such succulent delights
Vegetarians live in the same houses as you and I
Where farms and trees once were for the world to survive
Every day in life something must die for you to thrive
I'll leave you alone if you let me be
With my cheeseburger in paradise
My spatula barbeque and cold beer on ice
On a hot summer night eating that cheeseburger in Paradise
Extra pickles and a mustered stane on my white t-shirt
Bluejeans and sandals are my way of life
When the work week is done it's time to have some fun
And the radio plays all night long
The hypnotizing songs that ketch my eardrum
Bringing me back to those simple days of fun
While my children run and laugh and play
Like I did at their age remembering
